Rank-Up

Rank-Up is WarpedRealm's main progression ladder. Each rank is a permanent upgrade that unlocks new perks: more hearts, new dimensions, bigger Auction House limits, repair discounts, extra homes and vaults. Run /ranks to open the Rankup Menu and see your progress.

Ranks are bought with in-game money ($) and earned in order; you can't skip ahead. Many also have a requirement beyond money: completing quests, crafting a gear set, defeating a boss. Every rank grants +256 claim blocks on top.

WARNING

These in-game ranks are separate from the purchasable Donor Ranks (Gilded, Corrupted, and so on). Earning Rank-Ups doesn't change your donor rank, and buying a donor rank doesn't change your Rank-Up progress.

How it works

  1. Run /ranks to open the menu. Each rank shows its cost, its perks, and any requirements.
  2. Meet the requirement for the next rank and have the money on hand.
  3. Click the rank to purchase it. Your rank updates instantly and the cost is taken from your balance.

If you don't meet a requirement, the menu tells you exactly what's missing: how much money, how many quest points, which gear you still need to craft, and so on.

The ladder

The early ranks are quick; costs and requirements climb steeply toward the top. Unless noted, the only requirement for a rank is reaching the one before it and paying the cost.

TIP

Perks are cumulative: every rank keeps everything below it. The tables show the headline perks; on top of those, every rank adds +256 claim blocks.

Perks that climb with rank

A few perks keep improving as you rank up:

  • Max health rises from 9 hearts (Scout) all the way to 20 hearts (God).
  • /repair discount appears at Blacksmith (5%) and grows through Archmage (10%), Summoner (15%) and Legend (20%). See Repairing.
  • Money lost on death is reduced starting at Fighter (−5%), down to −30% at God.
  • Auction House listing slots, homes, vaults (/pv), and jobs limits all scale with rank. See Auction House and Jobs.
  • Dimension access is gated behind ranks: Nether at Thief, Utopia at Priest, End at Necromancer, and Hell (when it launches) at Unholy. See Dimensions.
  • Boss-crate rerolls give you extra chances on the boss crates from World Boss kills.

INFO

Several ranks ask you to craft a full gear set (Dryad, Barbarian, Hardened Obsidian) or beat a boss before you can buy them. See Custom Crafting for the sets and World Bosses for the fights.
